In order to provide the highest standard of care, Yoga One partners with local Physiotherapists to comprehensively assess and monitor the specific needs of each individual.

Yoga One offers three distinct levels of classes which gradually increase in complexity to improve core strength, flexibility and balance. Whether the goal is to recover from an injury or improve fitness, learners of all abilities will find an approachable and well-designed practice at Yoga One.

LEVEL 1:

Beginner Functional Yoga / Supplement for Injury Rehab

Build a foundation in postural alignment and simple breathing techniques to assist in recovery from injuries.

This level makes the perfect complement to a physio rehab program and provides a detailed, highly nuanced introduction to functional yoga practice.

 

Entry level program. No previous experience required.

Includes a full 45-minute assessment with a registered Physiotherapist.

LEVEL 2:

Intermediate 
Functional Yoga

Increase your fitness gradually with more complex breathing techniques and yoga postures that require higher levels of overall strength.

This level is perfect for healthy beginner or intermediate level students who are interested in establishing a strong base in functional yoga practice.

 

Entry level program. Completion of Level 1 is required if an injury exists.

Includes a full 45-minute assessment with a registered Physiotherapist.

LEVEL 3:

Advanced
Functional Yoga

Develop proficiency in advanced yoga postures while dramatically improving physical conditioning, flexibility, coordination and balance.

This level is perfect for healthy, experienced students who have already built a strong foundation in functional yoga practice.

 

Completion of Level 2 is required before beginning this program.

Includes a full 45-minute assessment with a registered Physiotherapist.
